Job Summary
Under the general direction and mentoring of Senior Engineers, you will be responsible for configuring various components of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure on customer systems, including driver/connector policies and data migration between systems. You will interact with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions and test plans. Troubleshoot and remediate issues discovered. Some travel may be required.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will:
- have a Bachelor’s degree in computer or one of the natural sciences.
- have experience working with relational databases (SQL, Oracle, Access, etc.).
- be motivated to learn on their own using excellent online research skills.
- have excellent email and phone communication abilities.
- have worked with log files and be able to troubleshoot intelligently.
- have experience with scripting languages (VB, Javascript, etc.).
- be comfortable with markup languages (XML, HTML, etc.).
- have worked with LDAP and directory structures.
Candidates meeting some of these criteria, but with a significant interest and aptitude to learn these skills will also be considered.
