The Voodoo That We Do

As Identropians, we know that we love working here.  We’re smart, passionate people that are tackling a serious problem, but not taking ourselves too seriously in the process. We also know that we hold ourselves and each other to a ridiculously high standard, and that results in our incredibly low turnover (two resignations since the beginning of 2011) and incredibly high customer satisfaction (Over 90% of our 2012 revenue was from repeat customers).  We attribute this to the strong fabric of our company culture. But the million dollar question (not inflation adjusted) is how do we distill it down to some specific traits?

We’ve spent a lot of time over the last two years honing in on what makes Identropy unique and where that uniqueness intersects with customer and employee satisfaction.  Here’s what we found.  We call it Identritude (trademark pending).

Our Core Values

Innovation - Defy Convention

We challenge ourselves by creating simple solutions to complex problems. As Albert Einstein brilliantly said, “We cannot solve a problem by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”

Customer Centricity - Fight for what’s right

We measure our success by the success of our customers. We always put ourselves in their shoes and make their victories our victories.

Drive - Get S#@! Done

Our passion motivates us to succeed. We thrive because our work is what we want to do.

Collaboration - Bound to succeed

Understanding that no single person could ever accomplish what a talented team can, we set our egos aside to succeed together.

Autonomy - Unleash Talent

We are each empowered to bring the most creative ideas and solutions to the table every day. No Roadblocks. No Red Tape. Just Talent.

"As a founder of a professional services consulting firm, I carefully watch how other firms deliver their services to clients I also serve. Identropy is one such firm I have observed closely since 2011 and they never fail to impress me. After they sent in their A Team to win the project, I kept waiting to see the B Team—I am still waiting." - Identropy Partner
