Victor Barris
Victor Barris CEO and Co-founder

As CEO of Identropy, Mr. Barris drives the business strategy and sales for Identropy. Mr. Barris has been in Information Technology for over eighteen years in various capacities ranging from Business Development, Sales and Marketing.  Prior to Identropy, Mr. Barris was Executive VP at CRT Group, where he grew the Security Practice to triple digit YTY growth.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Barris was in consulting, specializing in enterprise systems architecture and information security, working with firms such as Andersen Consulting, IBM, Baltimore Technologies, JP Morgan and Bear Stearns.

 

Ash Motiwala
Ashraf Motiwala CTO and Co-founder

Mr. Motiwala is responsible for technical direction and strategy of the company.  He has been in the Identity & Access Management industry since 1999, and over the years has had various responsibilities spanning architecture, product management and marketing.  Prior to Identropy, Ash was the Director of Identity Management Services for the CRT Group and Director of Product Development for Stagebuilder.com.

 

Frank Villavicencio
Frank Villavicencio Executive Vice President

Mr. Villavicencio is responsible for the execution of Identropy's Managed Identity Services business, bringing over 14 years of experience in Internet Security and Identity Management, spanning consulting, business development, sales, product management and the invention of two awarded patents, as well as published papers. Mr. Villavicencio was the first chair of Kantara Initiative's Identity Assurance Work Group, which is responsible for the Identity Assurance Framework (IAF), an industry standard for measuring and conveying identity assurance. Mr. Villavicencio was Director of Product Management at Citigroup's Managed Identity Services. Prior to Citi, he worked at Oblix, and later at Oracle (following Oracle's acquisition of Oblix), where he ran a Product Management team within Oracle's Fusion Middleware.

 

Ranjeet Vidwans
Ranjeet Vidwans VP of Sales & Business Development

Ranjeet drives the strategy and execution of Identropy’s revenue plan.  As VP of Sales and Business Development, he is responsible for shaping market-relevant offerings and working with his team to engage with clients and partners to bolster adoption of those offerings.  Ranjeet has a tremendous entrepreneurial spirit, enjoys reading books with pictures, playing with large blocks, and staring at shiny objects. (his words, not mine) 

 

Nishant Kaushik
Nishant Kaushik Chief Architect

Nishant is responsible for innovating and architecting Identropy's various solution offerings. This usually involves lots of patient listening and gentle manipulation of those around him. He developed these powers over the course of 10+ years in the identity management industry architecting and delivering market leading products. Most recently he was Lead Strategist for Identity & Access Management at Oracle, where he was responsible for driving innovation in their industry leading identity management solutions. Prior to that he was Lead Architect at Thor Technologies, spearheading the creation of an industry leading IAM product that led to Thor's acquisition by Oracle in 2005. Nishant, who holds a patent in the area of user provisioning, is a recognized thought leader in the identity management industry, regularly speaking at conferences and provoking discussion through his blog at blog.talkingidentity.com and on twitter (@NishantK). 4 out of 5 Identirati recommend that you follow him.

 

Steve Curtis
Steve Curtis Vice President of Professional Services

Steve leads the direction, development, and operations of our professional services offerings, including IAM strategy advisory, technology implementation, and migration to Identropy's managed service platform, SCUID ops. With over 12 years of IAM consulting experience, Steve is also instrumental in delivering our IAM strategy advisory sessions with major clients. Previously, Steve was a partner at Rencana, an IAM advisory firm specializing in IAM strategy and planning, IAM program management, and implementing IAM best practices. In this capacity, Steve published the seminal study on IAM Total Cost of Ownership which analyzed the TCO of major IAM product vendors by surveying global customers and partners on their experiences with various leading IAM products. Prior to Rencana, Steve was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led the IAM practice for the Southwest US.

 

Chris Hydak
Christopher Hydak Director of Professional Services

Mr. Hydak is responsible for ensuring the services delivered by Identropy follow best practices and adhere to Identropy's proven, Agile-based methodology for implementation of Identity Management projects. Mr. Hydak brings over 10 years of experience delivering Enterprise-wide and global solutions to fortune 500 companies.  Prior to Identropy, Mr. Hydak was Chief Architect at the CRT Group and was responsible for the technical direction of the Identity Management practice.
