SCUID Operations has three components: the Collector is a lightweight component deployed in the client's infrastructure in order to collect and communicate data to the Business Intelligence (BI) Server. The BI Server is a hosted component and provides the monitoring, systems management, analytics, reporting and remediation capabilities of SCUID Operations. The Console is a web application through which customers interact with the BI server. It provides our clients a bird’s eye view into the health of their IAM infrastructure via graphs and charts, with the abiity to drill down to the required level of detail. It also provides authentication audit trails, an event correlation engine, a self-learning knowledgebase for remediation activities, and a ticketing system for requesting and tracking changes to the IAM system configurations.
