[Webinar] Getting (and Keeping) Organization-Wide Support for Your IAM Program
Identity and Access Management (IAM) is hard and you shouldn’t have to go it alone. To be successful, you need the backing of the organization from all levels. One of the biggest pitfalls to avoid is the loss of momentum and support for a program. It’s a real risk and can create significant challenges as IAM is a long haul item. It lasts years and is never truly “done.” A good IAM program manager is in constant marketing mode to make sure everyone understands the benefits that are a result of the IAM program to keep that positive forward momentum in place.
Fortunately for you, I happen to be giving a webinar to address this topic (see below for details)! I will talk about a few things from past personal experiences and how the IAM spheres of influence and the right team can help you modify your IAM marketing message to keep the momentum going.
Title: Getting (and Keeping) Organization-Wide Support for Your IAM Program
Date: October 5th, 2017
Time: 2:00 PM EDT
A well-run identity management program typically spans several years and impacts people across every function and at every level of your organization. IAM programs are frequently derailed by not getting (or keeping) this diverse set of stakeholders engaged. Avoiding this pitfall requires understanding the specific value proposition of your IAM program for each one of these stakeholders and communicating it effectively in an ongoing, cohesive fashion.
Join speaker Jeff Steadman, Senior Strategist at Identropy, as he will discuss themes and tactics for communicating the benefits that IAM services will or are already bringing throughout the enterprise.
During this webinar, you'll learn about:
- Creating the right team
- Messaging IAM to key stakeholders
- Generating buy-in throughout the organization
- Continuing to elicit input and involvement from within
